Shipping policy

Each item purchased that is "ready to ship" will ship within 7 days of the date purchase.

While most orders are shipped sooner than this, this is the maximum.

Customers are responsible for the shipping cost and will be charged at checkout.

Some items may require an additional cost to ship and will be noted at checkout.

While we do our best to insure a safe delivery of your product through our packaging. Delays with the carrier (USPS, UPS) could happen. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for physical slowdowns while in the carriers possession. We do provide tracking numbers for all orders. Please reach out to katie@prairiepals.com if there seems to be a delay after we have provided the item to the carrier.
